Anton O. Serikov

Anton O. Serikov is a civil litigation attorney dedicated to representing homeowners in community association disputes. Mr. Serikov’s practice also involves representing parties in business disputes With extensive litigation experience, Anton fights to protect his clients against overreaching HOA boards, unfair assessments, improper enforcement actions, and violations of governing documents. He represents parties through pre-suit negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, litigation, and ultimately trial.

Born in Ukraine and raised in Canada before establishing his practice in Florida, Anton brings a unique global perspective to resolving community association conflicts. His diverse background and multilingual capabilities enable him to connect with clients from all walks of life and understand the nuanced dynamics within Florida’s varied residential communities.

Anton is a member of The Florida Bar and earned his Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Western Michigan University Cooley Law School, where he distinguished himself on the Dean’s List and Honor Roll while serving on the law school’s mock trial board.
