Belissa Ardisson

Belissa Ardisson is a Litigation Attorney at Perez Mayoral, P.A., where she focuses her practice on homeowners association and condominium association matters, business, commercial, and real estate litigation. She has extensive litigation experience in both civil and criminal litigation, with a background of trying multiple jury and bench trials to verdict.

Prior to joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Belissa honed in on her litigation skills and passion for advocating for others by working as a State Attorney at the Miami-Dade Office. Belissa has tried various cases from simple misdemeanors to first degree felonies to verdict, advocating for her clients and victims, obtaining verdicts in their favor. Belissa’s past legal experience also includes working for a distinguished national insurance defense law firm, where she handled all types of civil litigation, which include, but was not limited to: negligent security, slip and fall, and personal injury cases, advocating vigorously for her clients along the way. Belissa has a long and extensive history trying cases and advocating passionately for her clients.

Belissa earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Deans Merit Scholarship Recipient. During her time at the University of Miami, Belissa sharpened her litigation skills throughout the civil litigation trial program and the John T. Gaubatz Moot Court Competition. Belissa was also a member of the University of Miami Race and Social Justice Law Review, where she analyzed and wrote various articles on the inequality of our country and how the legal system can be utilized to overcome these inequalities. Prior to law school, Belissa received her bachelors in Political Science from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, a reflection of her academic success. Overall, Belissa’s academic background and extensive litigation experience has molded her into a well rounded attorney, ready to passionately advocate on behalf of her clients and achieve optimal results.

Belissa is licensed to practice law in Florida, as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern District of Florida.
