Robin L. Reyes

Robin L. Reyes, Esq. is a Partner and Attorney at Law at Perez Mayoral, P.A. Mr. Reyes specializes in civil trial litigation and has over 20 years of courtroom experience trying cases.

Mr. Reyes focuses on homeowners association and condominium association law. He represents homeowners and unit owners in both state and federal courts, providing legal representation in association-related disputes and complex business matters. He advocates for his clients at all stages of litigation, including presuit negotiations, presuit mediation, DBPR arbitration, litigation, and appeals.

Prior to joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Mr. Reyes developed his extensive litigation experience across multiple practice areas. He represented clients in numerous areas of real estate law, including foreclosure actions and first-party property insurance actions with a concentration in insurance recovery on behalf of policyholders and restoration companies. Throughout his career, Mr. Reyes has successfully settled thousands of cases and helped secure millions of dollars in coverage for policyholders through negotiation, settlement, mediation and litigation.

Mr. Reyes is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida and the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida.

He earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University and undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Mass Communications from Florida International University. Mr. Reyes is a native of Miami, Florida. He stays active in the local community by participating in local charitable organizations such as Blue Missions. He is also a member of the Cuban American Bar Association.

Outside of work, Robin enjoys traveling around the world with his wife, and spending time with family and friends.
