David Philip Grossinger is a Miami native, who graduated from University of Miami in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science. He holds an active license as a Realtor Associate, but after some time spent in the Israel Defense Force program, and years in the real estate industry, David enrolled at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and graduated with a J.D. degree in 2016.

Since graduating, David has gained immense litigation experience, learning the ins and out on both the Plaintiff’s side and the Defense. He previously worked at boutique insurance litigation firms for over 3 years where he consistently obtained favorable results for his clients who suffered damage to their properties. After years on the Plaintiff’s side, David moved to a national Defense firm where he represented large insurance companies. This experience has provided David with a unique insight into how to best handle his clients’ claims. David then joined the largest personal injury plaintiff’s firm in the county, where he utilized his skill set to help injured parties make successful claims against tortfeasors. Having gained vast experience representing both injured parties, and those seeking to avoid liability, David has acquired the skill set needed to successfully combat homeowners’ associations, and other liable parties, to ensure his clients are made whole.

David is barred in Florida, Washington D.C. and the Southern District of Florida.
