Steven V. Llarena, Esq. Is an attorney at Perez Mayoral, P.A. where he focuses on homeowners association and condominium association law. He represents homeowners and unit owners in both state and federal courts, providing legal representation in association-related disputes and complex business matters. He represents clients at all levels which includes presuit mediation,presuit negotiations, DBPR arbitration, litigation, and appeals.

Steven has been involved in litigating cases for over 15 years. Prior to joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Steven represented clients in many areas of real estate law, including foreclosure actions and firstparty property insurance actions with a concentration in Insurance Recovery on behalf of policyholders and restoration companies. Steven has helped secure over $40 million dollars in coverage for policyholders through negotiation, settlement, mediation and litigation. He has extensive experience handling matters involving Civil Litigation, Insurance Litigation and Foreclosure Litigation. Steven is admitted to practice law in Florida and he is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Steven earned his Juris Doctor degree from Nova Southeastern University and undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of Florida. Prior to practicing law, Steven was a project manager for a construction company building luxury homes. This gave him a unique perspective and skill set that he has applied in his legal career when assessing property damage on behalf of homeowners.

Steven is a native of Miami, Florida. He stays active in the local community by participating in local charitable organizations such as Castaways Against Cancer. Steven is an active member of the American Bar Association and the University of Florida Association of Hispanic Alumni.

Outside of work, Steven enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Steven is an avid golfer and loves following his Florida Gators!
