Ms. Talbot has extensive experience in civil litigation, representing clients ranging from corporate entities like Citizens Property Insurance Corporation, Chubb Limited Insurance Company, Tower Hill Insurance Group, Ross Dress For Less Inc., Coastal Waste & Recycling, and Wexford Health Sources, to organizations such as the Archdiocese of Miami and the Diocese of Palm Beach. At a prominent insurance defense firm, she handled cases involving property damage disputes, coverage claims, and wrongful death. Earlier in her career, she served as a trial attorney at the Miami-Dade County Public Defender’s Office, where she represented clients in misdemeanor and serious felony cases, representing them from arraignment through trial. Her litigation background and trial experience enable her to approach each case strategically and effectively.
