Yenifer Formoso

Yenifer Formoso is an  Attorney at Perez Mayoral, P.A., where she focuses her practice on homeowners association and condominium association matters, business, commercial, and real estate litigation. She brings the firm a strong foundation in litigation and advocacy experience, with hand-on experience in trial preparation and appellate practice.

Prior to joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Yenifer honed in on her litigation skills working for a law firm handling personal injury cases, slip and falls, car and truck accidents, and homeowners insurance claims. Driven by passion for helping others, Yenifer applies her commitment to excellence to every case, ensuring her clients receive the highest level of representation. Yenifer’s past legal experience also includes commercial litigation, international arbitration and transactional business law. Through her work, Yenifer built a strong foundation in advocacy, legal analysis, strategic case development, and strong client counseling skills and a deep respect for helping individuals navigate complex legal systems.

Yenifer earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law. During her time at FIU, Yenifer was a member of the International Commercial Arbitration Team and competed twice in the International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Madrid. Her work  included analysis of high-stakes contract disputes and she was recognized for her exceptional advocacy skills, receiving the Outstanding Advocacy Award. Prior to law school, Yenifer received her bachelors in Political Science from Florida International University, graduating Magna Cum Laude, where she earned a Books Award in recognition of her excellence academic performance. Yenifer’s academic excellence has prepared her for delivering thoughtful, results-oriented representation to clients across a range of legal matters.

Yenifer is licensed to practice law in Florida, and  to the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of Florida.
