Admitted to the Florida Bar in 2019, Alejandro J. Moreno is a distinguished attorney at Perez Mayoral, P.A., where he represents a diverse clientele with exceptional expertise and dedication. Specializing in federal and state civil litigation, Alejandro’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, homeowners’ and condominium associations (HOA) disputes, property damage cases, and insurance disputes.
Before joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Alejandro garnered extensive experience as a land use, zoning, and environmental law attorney and litigator. His previous roles involved conducting due diligence reviews of properties, obtaining development approvals, and litigating against government entities to protect clients’ property interests.
Alejandro’s background also includes serving as a defense litigator, representing clients in various civil disputes, including automobile accidents, premises liability claims, breach of contract litigation, and personal injury torts throughout Florida.
His commitment to public service is evident in his internships with governmental bodies such as the British House of Commons, the Florida House of Representatives, and various departments under Governor Rick Scott and Florida Chief Financial Officer Jeff Atwater.
Alejandro graduated with honors from Florida State University, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Political Sciences, Interdisciplinary Social Sciences, and International Affairs. He went on to excel at the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he graduated in the top 10% of his class. During law school, Alejandro received prestigious awards, including the 2019 Dean’s Leadership Award and the Book Award in Introduction to Lawyering. He actively contributed to the legal community as treasurer of the Florida Moot Court, a teaching assistant, and a member of the John Marshall Bar Association.
