She has been instrumental in several significant appellate victories for the firm, including matters involving insurance coverage disputes, condominium association litigation, and multi-party commercial real estate cases. Her appellate work reflects a disciplined, detail-driven approach with a strong command of standards of review, preservation issues, and record development.
Mrs. Mayoral also maintains experience in commercial litigation, representing Florida corporations in disputes involving breach of contract, collections, and corporate structuring issues. Her combined background in criminal defense, civil litigation, and appellate practice allows her to approach cases with a practical, strategic mindset and a deep understanding of how trial-level decisions affect appellate outcomes.
She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and Florida International University College of Law.
