Anais Saavedra

Anais Saavedra is a Litigation Attorney at Perez Mayoral, P.A., where she focuses her practice on homeowners’ association and condominium association matters, business, commercial, and real estate litigation. She has litigated hundreds of disputes to a conclusion, this includes assisting in trying jury and bench trials to verdict.

Prior to joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Ms. Saavedra developed her litigation skills and passion for advocating for others by working for a large firm, where her practice was dedicated to obtaining favorable results in property insurance litigation for homeowners and residential associations. Ms. Saavedra’s past legal experience also includes transactional work tailoring corporate structures for entrepreneurs to achieve their business objectives.

Ms. Saavedra attended St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens, where she graduated with a Juris Doctorate, and was on the Dean’s List several times. Prior to law school, Ms. Saavedra graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors in Business Administration from Florida International University. Ms. Saavedra is licensed to practice law in Florida, in the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Middle District of Florida. Ms. Saavedra is also fluent in Spanish and English.
