Kelly Kobielush

Kelly Kobielush, Esq. is an attorney at Perez Mayoral, P.A., where she focuses her practice on homeowners’ association and condominium association law. She represents homeowners and unit owners at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit negotiation and mediation through trial, providing strategic and results-driven advocacy tailored to each client’s needs.

With over 16 years of litigation experience, Ms. Kobielush brings a well-rounded and dynamic background to the firm. Her legal career spans multiple practice areas, equipping her with a comprehensive understanding of litigation strategy and client advocacy. Driven by a deep commitment to protecting individuals facing complex legal challenges, she began her career with the Miami-Dade Public Defender’s Office, where she handled numerous cases through verdict and honed her courtroom and trial advocacy skills. This experience laid the foundation for her ability to analyze complex legal issues and develop effective, fact-driven strategies.

Ms. Kobielush later established her own practice, where she represented clients in criminal and family law matters, guiding them through some of the most challenging and sensitive circumstances of their lives. She also has experience in civil litigation, including insurance defense, where she represented carriers in matters involving automobile accidents and premises liability claims. Across all areas of her practice, she has consistently demonstrated a strong ability to craft strategic solutions that align with her clients’ best interests.

Ms. Kobielush is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and before the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Middle Tennessee State University and her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where she distinguished herself as a member of the Mock Trial Team.

Outside of her legal practice, Ms. Kobielush is an avid traveler and lover of nature. She enjoys exploring new cultures, hiking through scenic landscapes, and practicing yoga – passions that keep her grounded and inspired in both life and law. She values maintaining balance and finds fulfillment in spending quality time with family and loved ones.
