Scott V. Goldstein, Esq. is a seasoned Florida attorney of experience representing property owners, businesses, lenders, condominium associations, homeowners’ associations, and individuals in complex real estate and commercial disputes. His practice focuses on community association law, real estate litigation, covenant enforcement, contract disputes, property rights, construction-related claims, collections, and general business litigation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Goldstein has successfully handled a broad range of real estate and business disputes involving restrictive covenants, title defects, easement and boundary issues, purchase and sale agreements, construction-related claims, landlord-tenant matters, secured transactions, loan restructuring, corporate governance disputes, and complex commercial litigation. He has represented clients in state and federal courts throughout Florida and is known for developing strategic, practical solutions designed to efficiently resolve disputes while protecting his clients’ long-term interests.
Mr. Goldstein also brings extensive experience advising clients on matters involving condominium and homeowners’ associations, including covenant enforcement, architectural review disputes, maintenance and repair obligations, collections, lien and foreclosure actions, contract negotiations, and interpretation of governing documents. His comprehensive understanding of Florida’s community association laws enables him to effectively navigate the unique challenges that arise in association-related disputes and property ownership matters.
Prior to joining Perez Mayoral, P.A., Mr. Goldstein built a reputation as a trusted advisor and advocate for clients facing complex real estate and business-related legal issues. His approach combines practical business judgment with aggressive advocacy when litigation becomes necessary,
allowing him to deliver thoughtful and effective representation tailored to each client’s objectives.
Mr. Goldstein earned his Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice, with honors, from Richard Stockton College of New Jersey before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law, where he was awarded the Governor’s Merit-Based Scholarship. Since his admission to The Florida Bar in 2010, he has dedicated his practice to helping clients navigate sophisticated legal disputes involving real estate, business, and community association matters.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Goldstein enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, exploring Florida’s coastal communities, and taking advantage of the outdoor lifestyle that makes the Tampa Bay area unique.
