Robert Visca, Esq. is Managing Partner and Lead Trial Counsel for the Association Property Damage Division at Perez Mayoral, P.A. He brings considerable trial experience across complex litigation matters, with a particular focus on property damage disputes involving condominium and homeowners’ associations.

Mr. Visca is responsible for managing the firm’s entire Property Damage Team, overseeing all aspects of litigation and claims strategy for matters including pipe leak claims, roof leak claims, exterior wall and stucco-related damage claims, and large-scale building envelope failures. He leads a multidisciplinary team of attorneys and legal professionals dedicated to pursuing property damage claims on behalf of homeowners throughout the entire State of Florida, ensuring consistent, high-level litigation standards across jurisdictions.

Throughout his career, Mr. Visca has represented parties in high-stakes commercial litigation and complex disputes involving condominium and homeowners’ associations for many years. He has successfully handled matters involving commercial disputes, real estate conflicts, personal injury, and property damage claims, giving him a uniquely comprehensive litigation profile. His experience includes representing multiple stakeholders in large-scale association-related litigation, providing him with a sophisticated understanding of association governance structures, risk exposure, and litigation dynamics.

Mr. Visca has practiced at multiple highly respected law firms across the State of Florida, including one of the largest insurance defense firms in Florida, where he gained direct, inside experience with the way associations and insurance carriers evaluate, defend, value, and resolve claims. This background provides Perez Mayoral, P.A. with a distinct competitive advantage in litigating against both associations and the insurance carriers that defend them, allowing for strategically informed case development, pressure-point litigation, and leverage-driven resolution strategies.

He regularly represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as in commercial arbitration, and manages cases through all phases of litigation—from pre-suit investigation and strategy through trial and post-trial proceedings.
